Chennai have MSD edge

The IPL season is in its last four days and by Saturday we will know the winner. We would have loved to be a part of the play-offs but we didn't play well enough. The only silver lining is that I have got the much-needed rest before we embark on the tour of the West Indies. Make no mistake, playing in the last stage of the IPL would have been much more exciting than resting.

When you perform the way we did, criticism is bound to erupt. I am convinced the present Pune Warriors side has the potential to do well.
We just need to make some subtle changes, work on some grey areas and work harder to fill that gap.
Camaraderie
The biggest positive has been the camaraderie we've enjoyed in the dressing room.
IPL helps you to know your opponents better and understand their culture and mindset. For example, the general perception about Graeme Smith is very different from the real person he is. He is a great team man, easygoing, with positive vibes. And, if you thought I am naughty, you need to meet Wayne Parnell. Take your eyes off him and you will become a victim of his prank.
Such was the atmosphere in the team that the junior-most member in the side could laugh at seniors. Rahul Sharma never missed a chance to mimic my bowling action.
CSK Favourites
The Chennai Super Kings are already in the final and their experience of playing big matches will help them. And then, they have Dhoni as their skipper, who doesn't lose many finals.
